I think this is pretty good advice. Most men make the mistake of hiding how they feel, as opposed to showing without words, or waiting too long to fess up, leaving the girl is confused. I’m in that situation now…if he doesn’t express himself soon, he’ll be replaced. I like the idea of showing first and then telling later. whatever you do, you gotta express it CLEARLY!

Good tip, I’m in the exact situation right now. REAlly like this girl, we have everything in common, she’s interested in hanging out and doing things, but seems to be careful to keep it in the friend zone. I know she doesn’t have a bf right now, and want to tell her how I feel. Also, kind of nervous someone else will get there first. At the end of the day, I think you’re right… telling her can backfire, showing her is prob better. thanks

Personaly I say never talk feelings, allow her to bring this topic up. The fact is you can never know the right time so allow her to take that risk and you can’t go wrong.

Excellent advice – I’m in a similar situation myself and this has really helped. What you said here about not revealing feelings until later and only then saying that you’ve had them from the start especially was very wise – thanks.
